Have used Home Heating, Plumbing and Air Conditioning before and was very satisfied with them, that’s why I called them back when we needed a new central air unit because ours dated back to 2005. Previously, during a service call for our furnace the technician pointed out to me that the PEK tubing used for our plumbing needed to be copper within a certain distance into the water heater and that ours was not up to code the way it was. He mentioned they could bring it up to code and approx. cost. Nice fellow and we appreciated that he advised on which we did bring them back to perform that work. Also, they performed a very clean install on that copper plumbing. The manager who came over for the quote was prompt and courteous as were the install technicians. The quote was favorable and advice on which brand and unit they recommended. The installation was on time and performed cleanly. The technicians always removed their shoes entering our home. We have been very satisfied with Home Heating, plumbing and Air conditioning on many different service calls, service performed and price. Also, like the Bryant central air equipment installed.

There is few things more concerning that finding out your furnace is not working the first time you need it on a cool day! The professionals that responded so quickly were experts, quickly diagnosing the problem and the problem part that needed replacement. They even had the correct part already on hand in their service truck! I live about 30 miles from Fargo and have used and appreciated Home Heating, Plumbing, and Air Conditioning many times with outstanding results and highly recommended them.

We just had our air conditioner go out, and everyone we worked with was great. Austin, the technician that came out to look at the A/C was efficient and helpful in explaining what was wrong. Joe was quick with providing an estimate and how long before the new unit could be replaced, and always helpful in answering our questions. Reggie and John came the day of install, even a little earlier than planned that morning, which when you've been without a/c for 10 days - I'd never been more happy to see two people before! They were fantastic as well. Reggie had also been to our house last fall to install an air exchanger, and both then and now, he was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. I have to give Mason a massive compliment! He finally figured out our A/C issue at Fusion Electric. We have had techs come in the past and our issue wasn't addressed correctly. Mason found the problem rather quickly and came up with a solution. He was very thorough and just plain impressive! Our A/C is keeping up like it should and we are actually chilly the office on these hot days! Thank you!
